Shipping + Customs
Shipping to UK address is fixed at £3.99 regardless of quantity. We aim to get your order to you, within 3-5 working days.
Shipping to European addresses is fixed at 8.99 regardless of quantity. We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 working days. Due to the UK leaving the EU, shipments may experience delays, as they now need to be checked at customs.
Shipping to the rest of the world is varied, please see price at the checkout. We aim to get your product(s) shipped to you within 5-10 working days. Shipping times may vary due to longer distances and item(s) being held by customs. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control, so patience maybe needed in this circumstance.
If you have purchased an item and live outside of the UK, you maybe charged a customs fee, unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of any charges incurred. Please check your specific countries custom rates prior to ordering, if this is something you have an issue with.
Please be aware shipping times may vary across the EU and to the rest of the world due to Covid-19.
Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. If the item has been damaged in transit, you need to provide a photo of the item, then upon approval a refund or exchange will be processed. To be eligible for an exchange or refund when an incorrect item has been sent, you must email a confirmation to Sales@KaliberX.co.uk then send us that item back once we have confirmed via email.
Once we have received your return, we will email you to notify you and will make sure that your replacement is sent out quickly. Please note that if the replacement is not available, we will refund you the full price.
You can also return your item if it is the incorrect size, if you would like to do this, please send us an email to discuss. You will have to cover the cost of the return shipping and the shipping must be sent tracked or signed for proof of postage and delivery. Once we receive, providing the product is in its original packaging and has its tags intact, we will provide you with a credit note for the cost of the product(s).
