Mental health needs to be talked about more. Our mental well-being is just as important as our physical strength but sadly we know that some suggles are hard to see. In the recent years, its amazing that people have had the courage to speak more openly about their mental health, but more work on awareness needs to be done. 

If you are someone that struggles with their mental health, keep in mind that your mental health does not define you, nor is it something to be ashamed of. We can all do our bit to support those around us and even bring happiness and smiles to strangers, just by saying hello or even smiling at someone could make someones day, you never know what someone else is going through. 

Here at KaliberX, one of the main aims for us is to create a brand that is inclusive for everyone, to give people body confidence and to create a community where we can all support and cheer each other on. So as we grow, you grow. Not just from likes and follows, but more importantly from a self-confidence and a self-esteem perspective.

Its okay not to be okay, if you find yourself struggling, dont hesitate to speak to your friends or family. If you dont feel comfortable doing so, we are open to help and support people that feel like they need to talk.
